Terms & Conditions – Pinehill Back to School Promotion

1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is organized by Pinehill Dairy (a Banks Holdings company).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from August 23rd 2025 to [September 30th 2025. Any entries submitted outside of this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
  • Open to legal residents of Barbados, aged 18 and older.
  • Employees of Banks Holdings Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
  • Spend $20 or more on any Pinehill Juice products in participating retail outlets.
  • Submit your receipt along with your name and contact details to:

5. Prizes
  • Weekly prizes include: grocery vouchers, school supplies vouchers, grocery vouchers, etc
  • All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
  • Winners will be selected weekly via random draw.
  • Winners will be contacted via the number provided.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Pinehill to use their name and image for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Data Usage
All personal data collected will be used solely for administration of the promotion and in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.
10. General
